All of our beef comes to you securely packaged, frozen, and is processed in
a government inspected processing plant. Our butcher has guaranteed
quality control of our amazing grass fed beef, assuring that no other meat
will be mixed with ours.

The cornerstone of our business is our 30 lb. box of mixed cuts. It contains a
mixture of steaks, roasts, stewing beef, ribs, and ground beef, and is
approximately 1/10 of an animal. This allows you to buy smaller amounts and
still get a portion of the entire animal. The box measures 14"x10"x10" and
weighs 30 lbs. This box fits nicely into small freezers. See the description at
the bottom of this page for more detailed information on box contents.

We allow you to customize your order if you take a 1/2 animal ( approx 160 -
180 lbs. beef ) or more. We sell 1/2 or whole animals for $4.75 / lb. hanging
wt. This includes the cutting ( to your specs. ) wrapping and freezing. All
organ meats and bones are included with this pkg if you want them.

We try to keep some 30 lb. boxes available for new customers to try, but
repeat customers are added to our contact list and are contacted in the
spring to place their order. This ensures our repeat customers will be able
to get the amount of beef they want without worry that we might sell out.

The T-bone and Rib eye steaks are great for grilling. The sirloin steak can be grilled but does require
marination to tenderize. The extra work pays off when you discover the tremendous taste this cut offers.

Well Done, Medium, or Rare. However you like it, the grain is consistent and our marbling is suburb! Rail
aged for up to 21 days for tenderizing. All cuts are from the hip. Our roasts are all 2-3lbs and serve 4-6
people nicely. Fall apart soft and full of memories, cause it tastes just like "home".
